PLACING AN ORDER

We must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your debit/credit card has been authorised and stock is checked, we will send you an email confirming your order. Please keep this email for your records.

We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. If we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-funded with the original price and we will notify you by email.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

The order will be dispatched between Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays. Delivery times are estimates and commence from date of shipping. We shall not be responsible for unpredictable delays. We will endeavor to dispatch your goods within seven and fourteen days of the Order Date.

UK Courier - £8.

Worldwide Courier - £15.

For security reasons online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes. Upon delivery, please check that the number of boxes are as stated on the document that you are asked to sign, and that the package is not damaged or wet or tampered with in any way.

DUTIES

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a refund. Refund terms are subject to change under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the company.

In order to do this the item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with no marks and all packaging intact. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.

Please contact us within 7 days of reciept in order to arrange any returns. We will provide a RMA number to you in order to process your return.

We are unable to offer a refund on any bespoke handbags as these have been made to your specification. 

All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes, delivery or import duties incurred in delivery.

Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
